John A. Versfelt
Chairman, President, Chief Executive Officer & Director

Mr. Versfelt has over 26 years experience providing leadership, management consulting, chief financial office, administration and paralegal/regulatory services to private and public companies. Serving in a variety of roles as a Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer over the last number of years, he has been responsible for strategic planning, corporate development and finance, administration and accounting, and legal and regulatory compliance. Mr. Versfelt is the driving force behind Cabo Drilling and has been a Senior Officer and a Director of the Company since January, 1992. He has also been a Senior Officer and Director of International Millennium Mining Corp. (Cabo Drilling controls ~11% of the common shares) since October, 1993 and President of American Resource Management Consultants Inc. since 1981.

Terry Aimone, BSc. P.Eng.
General Manager, Albania Branch & Director

Mr. Aimone started his career as a mining consulting engineer followed by 17 years in the U.S. banking sector, working in mine project financing. He has extensive experience in the mineral drilling industry as the former General Manager, Mexico Operations and past managing director of Heath & Sherwood Drilling. He brings a strong mix of technical, financial and management experience to the Company.

Greg Gerrie
Director

Mr. Gerrie is a partner and CEO of Trinity Healthy Living Products Inc. in Richmond, BC. He is also author of the book Fired Up for Life - How to Get and Stay Motivated and has taught leadership and motivation programs globally. Greg has degrees in Economics and Education from Queen's University.

Tom Oliver
Director

After a 25 year career in real estate development, Mr. Oliver served as Business Administrator for a national church organization for 5 years. He is currently the CEO of a number of private corporations and, in addition, acts as a consultant in financial administration and management.

Robin Preston
Director

Mr. Preston was a Chartered Financial Planner with RBC Dominion Securities, retiring at the end of 2002 as a Vice-President of the Company. In 1982, Mr. Preston joined Pemberton Securities which later merged with RBC, specializing in the fixed income sector principally for private investors and institutions. Prior to joining Pemberton, Mr. Preston was a commissioned officer in the British Army and later joined IBM (UK) where he led the Oil Industry Marketing Team in London during the period of rapid growth in the North Sea oil fields. While at IBM Canada, Mr. Preston became a member of the IBM Golden Circle. Mr. Preston is a retired Fellow of The Canadian Securities Institute and a retired Board Member of both the Centre for Ability and the Langley Memorial Hospital Foundations.

Robert W. Schellenberg, CPA
Director

Mr. Schellenberg is a Certified Public Accountant, Vice President and owner of Schellenberg & Evers, P.C. in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He has extensive experience in valuations, employee benefit plans, financial planning, individual and corporate taxation and litigation support, business planning, performance measures, mergers, acquisitions and arbitration. Mr. Schellenberg formerly served as a member of the tax staff at the CPA firm Touche Ross (now Deloitte & Touche LLP), as an adjunct professor of Taxation in the Masters in Tax Program at Grand Valley State University, and a lecturer at seminars regarding taxation, financial planning, valuations and employee benefits.

Peter Walton
Director

Mr. Walton was a former Senior Tax Partner with Peat Marwick, Mitchell and a former Director for the Hong Kong Bank of Canada and Granges Inc., a mining company. He has held positions as Chairman of the Vancouver Board of Trade Taxation Committee, Governor of the Canadian Tax Foundation, and Chairman of the Canadian Bar and Canadian Institute of Chartered Accounts Joint Committee on Taxation. Presently, Mr. Walton serves as a financial advisor to a select group of clients.
