Cabo Drilling Corp. holds a ~11% interest in International Millennium Mining Corp. ("IMMC") (TSX-V:IMI) and controls a further 6% on behalf of IMMC’s USA shareholders. IMMC is a mineral exploration company to which Cabo sold its exploration properties in 2007. IMMC's assets include eight polymetallic mineral properties located across North America, with targets including gold, silver, zinc, lead, copper, nickel, molybdenum and PGM metals. Through Cabo's share ownership, the Company and its shareholders have the opportunity to benefit from the advancement of the IMMC properties.
