John A. Versfelt
Chairman, President, Chief Executive Officer & Director

Mr. Versfelt has over 26 years experience providing leadership, management consulting, chief financial office, administration and paralegal/regulatory services to private and public companies. Serving in a variety of roles as a Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer over the last number of years, he has been responsible for strategic planning, corporate development and finance, administration and accounting, and legal and regulatory compliance. Mr. Versfelt is the driving force behind Cabo Drilling and has been a Senior Officer and a Director of the Company since January, 1992. He has also been a Senior Officer and Director of International Millennium Mining Corp. (Cabo Drilling controls ~11% of the common shares) since October, 1993 and President of American Resource Management Consultants Inc. since 1981.

Calvin Lucyshyn, CA
Controller & CFO

Mr. Lucyshyn has held senior financial positions in the drilling industry for over 10 years. During that time, he has been responsible for the implementation of management information systems, controls and reporting procedures for existing divisions and new acquisitions, as well as cost and project accounting processes and financial reporting. While with NQL Energy Services Inc., he was responsible for financial reporting and involved in strategic planning, acquisitions, due diligence, and business development. NQL Energy Services provides equipment to the drilling industry at each of its locations throughout Canada, USA, Venezuela, the Netherlands and the Middle East. Calvin Lucyshyn also served as Controller at The Crossing Company, a horizontal drilling company with operations in Canada and the USA. Mr. Lucyshyn received his Chartered Accountant designation in 1993.

James Goodwin
Human Resources & Safety Coordinator

Mr. Goodwin is a Mining Engineering Technologist by training and his expertise is in the area of training, safety, personnel, management and Human Resource program development and implementation. Mr. Goodwin started his career in the diamond drilling industry with Boart Longyear, where he spent 11 years in various roles in Human Resources. Prior to his involvement with the Company, he also spent 7 years as a Human Resources Consultant for the Grand River Hospital, a large community hospital in Kitchener, Ontario. Mr. Goodwin has been involved in industry and government advisory committees throughout the mining and drilling sectors.

D. Alex Caldwell
Corporate Secretary

Mr. Caldwell has 27 years of experience in the regulatory, legal, and treasury aspects of public company operations, and has been with the Company since June 2001, primarily as Assistant Corporate Secretary. He is currently a Director of International Millennium Mining Corp. and has been Corporate Secretary and Properties Manager of that Company since 2001. Prior to Mr. Caldwell’s involvement with the Company, he was Properties Manager and Assistant Corporate Secretary of Aurizon Mines Ltd., providing property and contract management, corporate secretarial and administration services to Aurizon, its predecessor companies and several other Hughes-Lang public companies beginning June of 1980.
